Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customised and engraved items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
How to Return

Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. jewelcascade is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
